I love you, my dear friend. How embarrassing that summer has gotten away from me and all my lack of nooks and crannies for reading through my emails mean I missed this until now. And how necessary it was for me to read and be reminded on this day when I’ve been feeling out of sorts and a bit melancholy. So I’ll count that as a God moment and take it as the gift our friendship is to me. I can’t wait to be at Nooks with you in a couple months…and hopefully spend some time catching up again in person. Until then…do keep writing. I love to read it, even when it takes me too long.
Thanks for popping in here to let us know how it's been going. It's such a relief when the kids can help out in the kitchen. Although I came home last night to a sink full of dishes and what amounted to a mess, but there was food that I didn't have to make, so I won't complain too much.
I so much miss hearing from you because I know you are always writing to just me😂.you are now doing my dream job and I probably have as many books in my house as you have in the store. My daughter said my hobby is collecting books as well as reading them. Hopefully I will coming into your store soon!

I love hearing the stories of the customers that come into the retail shop I work at, too. It’s one of the upsides of working at a local shop.
