Okay, first of all, cue my waterworks as well. Secondly, The Baba sounds delish! (They all sound yummy, really.) Finally: sourdough or something grainy, sliced ham, extra sharp white cheddar, honey crisp apple sliced thinly. 😘
My household loves Tillamook cheese grilled cheese in all its forms (extra sharp, pepper Jack, Monterey, jalapeño Jack, Colby, etc.) Any combination will do as long as there are two or three kinds. We also occasionally add pimento cheese to make things extra gooey, especially if adding a protein.
But, when in a total comfort food crisis, we’ll grill our PB&J 💜🤎. #lifechanging
I love a good customizable meal! I'm curious if your entire family eats plant-based and if so how you all adapted to that change. Maybe we can talk about that in person!
Yes, I will be sharing in a future week about how this journey has effected our family's eating patterns. But the short answer is: if they want a meal that I've made, yes, they eat plant-based! They've been wonderful sports about it all, but it definitely took time for them to adjust. Aside from our two daughters who are vegetarian, everyone else wholeheartedly orders anything "meaty" when we go out to eat. Perhaps one day I will win them over to the light:)

Oh, I love the idea of honey crisp apple on a panini! I have not ventured that far, yet, but I think I may have to in the near future!
Pesto is so very yummy!!!!
Yes, pesto is one of my all-time favs! I could eat it on practically anything...
