When I want to do a bit of baking, I often go to Isa Moskowitz as well! I prefer the Veganomicon, which has a TON of great recipes, from breads and cakes (like the chocolate Bundt I am attempting this morning) to breakfast, lunch, and dinner options that run the gamut :)
Matt, I have flipped through Veganomicon on several occasions while perusing the cookbook section of the library, but I've yet to check it out. You've convinced me though--next trip to the library and I'm getting it!
