I’m excited that you resurrected “Mai Time in the Kitchen” because I enjoyed reading it way back when our oldest kids were little! Also, a plant-based, real food journey healed me of some serious health problems ten years ago, but I gradually fell back to my old eating habits. I am not sick like before, but lately I have been thinking a lot about how much better my body felt during that time, and I am trying to convince myself that it is worth that overhaul again. I suspect your writing will help inspire and nudge me. I’d like to hear more about your journey in that area!
